Save time - save money!

1. Beer orders
Ordering your requirements in plenty of time will guarantee that the transaction
is processed quickly. Please submit your order no later than 14:00 hrs one working day
before you wish to collect it so we can prepare your order accordingly.
You are welcome to fax or email your order (the fax number is given below).
Please order 30-l and 50-l casks KEG and the main varieties Hefeweissbier naturtrüb
(yeast-based wheat beer naturally cloudy) and bottled Original Münchner Hell by the pallet.
All other items in a minimum of stacks of 5 crates/boxes.

2. Stock goods
We need a little more time for these.
Please fax us your order at least two working days before you wish to collect it.

3. Returning empty products
Here too, you can save time when loading and unloading.
Please arrange your empty products on pallets by container (including coloured markings)
and brands, and ideally load them on the lorry in blocks of 4 pallets.
Please position returned beer separately and mark it clearly as such.

4. Window allocation
The quickest method is pre-arranging a window for loading in advance.
However, you must order goods on pallets, by the pallet of a single variety,
and not more than eight varieties per order.
The minimum purchase quantity is twelve pallets.
Please make sure that the delivery date is agreed well in advance (telephone number below).

5. Registration
Collectors can register on our premises, entry Regerstrasse 28, opposite the lodge
and right next to McDonalds. Please follow the sign "Anmeldung Getränkeabholer".
Our on-site logistics staff will be pleased to help you if necessary.

6. Securing loads and types of trailer
Please observe the legal requirements contained in VDI 2700 sheet 12 on the subject of
“Securing loads when transporting beverages”.
Please only use trailers for beverages that are confirmed as “Code XL” in accordance
with the requirements of DIN EN12642.

As our logistics department is designed for side-loading HGVs, please ensure that your trailer
can be loaded from the side.
